It is generally said that the color of Baijiu is colorless and transparent, but what is the color of some wines is yellow? In fact, there are certain reasons:
1. The auxiliary materials used in brewing contain certain pigments, which produce colored substances in the process of fermentation, resulting in yellowish wine color.
2. During the storage of wine, the phenolic substances contained in the wine undergo oxidation reaction, resulting in yellowish wine color.
